These rules are established to facilitate readers to use the books and data available from the Dr. Sun Yat-sen Library.
The Library is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm per day.
Citizens beyond aged 6 are welcome to use the books and data in this Library.
Books and data in this Library are placed on open shelves for citizens to read. However, borrowing of any books or data are not permitted. Please put books, magazines and/or newspapers back to their original places after use.
Always keep quiet in the Library. No mobile phones, no chatting, no food are allowed inside this Library.
Please keep personal books, newspapers, backpacks, handbags and umbrellas in the lockers. None of these items are allowed in this Library, except for notebooks and papers.
Please cherish the books and magazines of this Library. Citizens may be fined double the price of the book and/or magazine if damaged or missing.
Personnel of this Library may stop or advise offenders of these rules; and may ask them to leave if they fail to follow any advice.

Always turn off the mobile phone, pager and other electronic communication device or set them to quiet mode when inside the study. Please answer any calls outside of the study.
